Our chickens are premium, beyond-organic, pasture raised and hand processed to ensure our chicken is the best possible quality. They are moved daily to a fresh "salad bar" and are locally & humanely produced using regenerative agriculture techniques.

rest periods for the grass to restore energy reserves.
