Suitable for 100 litres of yoghurt (in combination with yoghurt culture) or 100 kg of prepared vegetables, eg, can be used to make kimchi or sauerkraut.

Contains dairy/whey product and selected strains of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus and Lactobacillus Plantarum.

Free of peanut, tree nut, sesame, egg, fish, shellfish, mollusc, crustacean, suphite, wheat, celery, mustard, soy, lupine and GMO products.
