Russian garlic is milder than ordinary garlic. When roasted or sauteed it does not have the same strong aroma or taste. Making it perfect to slice and eat them raw in salads, or steam, add them to soups, pasta dishes, pizza and dips, either raw or lightly cooked.

Russian garlic should be stored in a cool, dry location, such as a dark pantry or cabinet.
