Home delivery is currently available on between 9:00AM and 4:00PM Tuesday to Saturday, and you could order online 24 hours, 7 days a week!

Returns & Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with your provisions please contact us via our website, by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your provisions so we can discuss an appropriate resolution with you. Returning fresh produce is difficult so we prefer to offer a replacement or refund where possible.  On rare occasions when an item is out of stock we will make a substitution of equivalent value.
Order anytime for next day collection.  Orders submitted prior to 6am will have option for same day collection.  Bread and bulk items require 48 hour period to supply. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Fresh Local Provisions accepts payment via PayPal.  Compare our prices to other organic supermarkets and you'll see it's possible to save a money by letting us do the shopping for you and save time by having us deliver straight to your door..  Consider combining with neighbours to order by the box, bag or carton at a Co-operative discount. We let our membership know about bulk offers, discounts and freebies via our bi-weekly newsletter.
Viewing Orders
From your  My Account  dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. You can shortcut to re-order a standard order, or refresh and start from scratch every time.
Updating Account Information
Up to date account information helps us to keep an open channel of communication with you.  We'd like to call, email or SMS notifications that your order is ready, and we'd like the opportunity to consult you about substitutions and freebies.  Please see our  Privacy Policy  if you are concerned about your personal details being stored on our website.
